The question
UFITRA was about to hire against three workflows. The question was whether the hire was the answer.
What the audit found
The work could be carried by a system rather than a seat. We audited the workflows, found the leverage, and ranked what to build first.
What we built
The first workflow ran inside UFITRA's stack two weeks after the audit, and the rest shipped across the next month. Alongside it: the identity system, the consumer experience across training, community, wellness and an in-app marketplace, and the partner console behind it.
