These are the terms governing your use of verseva.com. They are short on purpose. Engagement-specific terms (deliverables, payment, IP) live in the Statement of Work we sign when you become a client.

What this site is

verseva.com is a marketing site. It describes our services, publishes our work (teardowns, the method), and lets you request an AI Ops Audit or contact us. Nothing on this site is a binding commercial agreement. We sign a separate Statement of Work for every engagement.

What you can do with our content

• Read it. Share links to it. Quote it with attribution and a link back.
• Reference our teardowns in your own writing. We expect you to credit Verseva and link to the original.

What you cannot do

• Republish our long-form content (teardowns, the method) in full or in substantial part without written permission.
• Use our brand name, emblem, or trademarks in a way that suggests we endorse you, partner with you, or have built for you, when we have not.
• Train a model on our content without written permission. Aggregated, anonymous research use is fine; commercial training data is not.
• Scrape the site at volumes that disrupt service.

The AI Ops Audit

The free 2-week AI Ops Audit is real, free, and yours to keep whether you hire us afterward or not. It is not a contract. The engagement begins when we sign the kickoff Statement of Work together. Until that document is signed, no commercial commitment exists on either side.

Forms you submit

When you submit a contact, audit, or newsletter form, you tell us things about yourself. We treat that information per our Privacy page. By submitting a form you confirm the information is yours to give and you understand we will reply by email.

No warranties

verseva.com is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. The teardowns we publish are our analysis, not investment advice or operational guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Verseva is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Engagement-specific liability limits live in the Statement of Work for any project we work on together.

Governing law

These site terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Verseva Pte is registered. Engagement-specific governing law is set in the Statement of Work and may differ.

Changes

We update these terms when our practices or the law changes. The current version always has its "Last updated" date at the top.
