This is a plain-language privacy statement for verseva.com. It covers what we collect, what we do with it, and how to remove yourself. If you want a formal Data Processing Agreement for an engagement, email us at contact@verseva.com.

Who we are

Verseva is operated by Verseva Pte. Contact: contact@verseva.com. Founders: Xhunn Raymundo and Nino Amor.

What we collect

From forms you submit

  • Audit request form: name, work email, company, website, ARR range, team size, the pain you described.
  • Generic contact form: name, email, message.
  • Newsletter signup: email only.

From your visit

  • Page path, referrer, the UTM parameters in your link.
  • Country (derived from your IP, not stored as an IP).
  • Device type (mobile, tablet, desktop) derived from user agent.
  • An anonymous session hash (a one-way hash of your IP, user agent, and the day) so we can count unique sessions without tracking you across sites.

What we do not collect

  • Third-party cookies or trackers.
  • Cross-site identifiers.
  • Browser fingerprints beyond the user-agent string.
  • Behavioural ad targeting data.

What we use it for

  • Replying to your audit request, contact message, or newsletter signup.
  • Understanding which pages are useful and which are not, so we can improve them.
  • Routine operations of the business (sending the audit deliverable, scheduling kickoff calls).

Where the data sits

  • Form submissions live in our Supabase database, hosted in the region closest to our team.
  • Transactional emails go through Resend. Resend processes the email content to deliver it; they do not retain it for marketing.
  • We do not share your information with any third party for marketing, profiling, or sale.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Send you the data we hold about you.
  • Correct it.
  • Delete it.
  • Export it in a portable format.
  • Stop sending you the newsletter (one-click in any email).

For any of the above, email contact@verseva.com. We respond within five business days.

How long we keep it

  • Form submissions: kept while the relationship is active, then archived for two years for tax and audit obligations.
  • Newsletter list: kept until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics events: rolled up into aggregates after 90 days; raw session-hash records are deleted at that point.

Children

Verseva is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

Changes

We update this page when our practices change. We post a new "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes get an email to anyone on our list at the time of the change.
